Carries out project estimating responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include reading plans and project scopes, doing takeoffs, communicating with project managers, suppliers and customers, producing project estimates, informing customer and project manager of changes, find alternatives and solutions to problems and follow up.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret project scope documents.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and submittals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and regulatory personnel.
CAD skills (desired)
Bachelor’s degree (BS) preferred or equivalent from four-year College or technical school and four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
