Ednetics Inc. is seeking a Project Estimator to join our team. This position will participate in estimating projects related to our Specialty Systems; to include: data cabling, intercom, surveillance, access control, intrusion and more.
An Estimator will work with our customers to identify system designs and estimate the time, labor and materials required to complete the project on time and in budget. An Estimator will utilize their comprehensive industry and product experience to determine technical needs. This role requires a thorough understanding of construction and technology and its challenges will ensure projects are estimated accurately and efficiently. Create professional relationships and uphold our reputation with our partners by interfacing effectively with engineers, project managers, sales staff, vendors and customers.

Regional travel is required.

Minimum 3 years of industry experience with low voltage / limited energy systems required.

Excellent verbal and written communications.
Proficiency in MS office.
Estimate & design materials and services for project deployments.
Walk project sites as required and gather information to build quotes and scope of work.
Meet deadlines and document results.
Forge and maintain strong working relationships with internal staff, architects, engineering consultants, general contractors, customer & partners.
