CCI is seeking qualified applicants experienced in the design of structured cabling systems, ICT infrastructure, ESS, FA, AV, intercommunications, and all other ICT industry systems. As a member of the CCI team your responsibilities will support the design and engineering activities based on your skillset. The following represents qualifications we prefer the right candidate to possess but they are not intended to be construed as all inclusive.
The Sr. Project Designer and Project Designer will have 5 years or more of design/consulting experience in the architectural & engineering industry, and hold or are pursuing one or more of the following credentials: RCDD, CTS-D, PSP/CPP, and RF-design. Candidate will collaboratively solve technical and functional problems utilizing critical thinking and research. Candidate will be capable of comprehending client's needs, prioritizing and coordinating work, and executing the design production. Candidates may be required to travel throughout the US. Candidate will have working knowledge of the TIA/BICSI Standards and NFPA and building codes.
The Design Technician will have up to 3 years of working exposure in the ICT industry. Candidate will understand the importance of utilizing and maintaining company and client design standards and protocols. Candidate will have a good listening ability to understand and follow directions as well as being self-motivated. Candidate will be experienced in developing construction documents within a CAD/BIM-Revit platform. Candidate will have the ability to read and understand architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawing floor plans and associated documents.
